We are excited to announce that our CEO, Arumugam Muthu (Aaru), recently participated in Capitol Hill Day 2024, organized by ITServe Alliance in Washington, DC, on September 18. Capitol Hill Day, hosted by ITServe Alliance, focuses on empowering local communities by addressing the need for highly skilled IT talent. With the tech unemployment rate holding steady at 2.3%, well below the national average, the demand for tech expertise is higher than ever. ITServe Alliance’s STEM Scholarship Program is bridging this gap by providing scholarships to deserving students, fostering the next generation of tech leaders. At the event, Triwave Solutions joined other tech entrepreneurs in meaningful discussions with members of Congress to support the HIRE Act (H.R. 4647), which aligns with ITServe Alliance’s mission to expand educational and career opportunities in STEM fields. ✔ Key Benefits Highlighted by ITServe Alliance:  • Economic Growth: Skilled immigrants fuel job creation. • Higher Wages: H-1B visa holders earn higher-than-average wages. • Global Competitiveness: Attracting top talent strengthens the U.S. economy. • Diversity: A diverse workforce fosters innovation. • Job Creation: Skilled immigrants often start businesses and create jobs. • Knowledge Transfer: H-1B visa holders bring global expertise. ✔ Key Points from the HIRE Act:  • Double the H-1B visa cap from 65,000 to 130,000. • Remove the cap for Master’s and Ph.D. holders. • Redefine H-1B dependent employers based on company size. This summer, Triwave Solutions had the pleasure of welcoming a dynamic group of interns who infused our team with fresh ideas, boundless energy, and a genuine passion for business and technology. They had the rare opportunity to attend client meetings alongside our CEO, Arumugam Muthu, and even engaged directly with leaders from CiTi, a prominent IT Consulting firm, and ZataData, an innovative AI cloud company.    We are incredibly grateful to Howard County's Youth Employment Program for partnering with us, making it possible for us to nurture and mentor these bright young minds. Here’s a glimpse into their experiences and the impact they've had during their time with us at Triwave Solutions.   Clara Kadingo: I had an amazing experience working as an intern for Triwave Solutions. I have shadowed meetings with potential partners, reviewed RFPs, drafted and sent emails, done cold calling, and done many other tasks in the business development department. This experience has exposed me to working in a real-world job and has helped me explore future career options.    Laila James: My experience at Triwave Solutions was great. I feel as though this internship has set the groundwork for my future career and has allowed for insight into the Business Development area. I am extremely grateful for this internship, and I hope to continue to expand upon this skillset that Triwave has provided for me.     Nenad Zivkovic: My experience at Triwave was pretty good. I learned a lot about website development, HTML, and testing. My tasks involved mostly coding and documenting. My supervisors were helpful with clarifying instructions and answering any questions I had.    Steven Kahn: My experience at Triwave Solutions Inc. has been nothing but excellent. Everyone is very kind and helpful, and I really enjoy my job. I am grateful that I have the opportunity to work for Triwave, and I have gained knowledge and many valuable skills from my time working with them.    Zion Paige: My time at Triwave was fantastic and a great experience. I was able to learn about people’s careers and learn more about them. I’ve learned so many helpful things from the other youth interns, my supervisors, and Mr. Arumugam, the CEO. Micah Grimes: My experience at Triwave Solutions was very informative as it’s my first job. I’m an accountant intern, so it showed me a potential job I could have in the future as a math major. With the support of the Summer Youth Employment Program, I learned how to use the knowledge I gained to help me get jobs in the future.    Mahira Rahman: I'm working in the IT department at Triwave Solutions as an intern. I help with the writing and testing of scripts and code that support different software development projects, automate jobs, and improve procedures.
