This morning, Trove team members from all over the country came together in NYC for a 30-minute '80s pop Peloton ride. Six months ago, I had the incredible opportunity to meet with Peloton's corporate team to pitch an idea that perfectly aligns with what we value most at Trove: wellness and work-life balance. Today, that idea became a reality as Trove team members from across the country—MD, MA, NJ, TX, IL, and CT—came together in NYC to take a 30-minute ‘80s pop ride with the one and only Ally Love. At Trove FS, LLC, we thrive on pushing each other to prioritize our well-being, and filling our Peloton bubbles has become a fun and motivating part of that journey. This morning's ride wasn’t just about breaking a sweat; it was about building camaraderie, strengthening our team bond, and reinforcing the values that make Trove so special.
