The Pike Medical Foundation has kicked off its 2024 fundraising campaign to support Troy Regional. We would appreciate your help! You may make a tax-deductible donation by mailing a check payable to the Pike Medical Foundation to: Troy Regional Medical Center, 1330 Hwy. 231 South, Troy, AL 36081, ATTN: Pike Medical Foundation. If you would like to make a credit card donation, please send us a LinkedIn message for instructions on who to call. This year’s funds will go toward improving the efficiency of the hospital's Emergency Department to better serve the community. The ED is the entry portal for about 99 percent of admits and the front door of the hospital. Plans are to upgrade the waiting areas to provide a Fast Track for patients presenting with less serious conditions and provide more flexibility to use the limited number of beds for more critical patients. The number of patients seen in the ED continues to increase. The team does an amazing job getting patients in and out of the ED in an effective and efficient manner, but a renovation of the area would enable them to provide patients with the care they need more quickly, especially as our community trusts Troy Regional more and more to provide emergency services close to home. Thank you for your consideration! hashtag #Giving
