We solved a murder mystery, decorated cookies, feasted, and shared a New Year's toast. We can't wait to make new memories in the Gateway Building next year!

Congratulations are in order! 🎉 Our Research Team is constantly working on new research, publications, and resources to support the tools our network uses every day—and two members of our team were recently recognized for their work. Dr. Ron Bonnstetter and Dr. Eric Gehrig have been awarded the ASEM Merritt Williamson Award for the Best International Annual Conference Paper in 2024 on their paper “Generational Succession and the Technical Leadership Gap: An Empirical Investigation.” This award is given to those who demonstrate a high quality of work and relevance to current issues in engineering management.
