Meet Adam Fricke, Tuff’s Creative Team Lead! 👋 When Adam’s not collaborating with partners over Zoom, he’s analyzing creative reports, briefing new ads, and working with designers to bring ad creative to life. “I love that my role sits in between logic and creative,” says Adam. “In the past, I’ve had jobs where the creative process ends after delivering ads to clients. Here at Tuff, I get to see the impact our creative makes for our partner's business and use data to make the next round of creative even better. Without great performance creative, partners could be wasting tons of marketing dollars—and as a Creative Strategist, it’s my job to make ad creative more efficient so marketing budgets go even further.” Performance creative has the power to drive revenue, conversions, and growth for your business. Even though new tech tools might sometimes feel passing fads, it’s clear that AI has created significant opportunities for growth marketing. 🤖 Over the past year, the entire Tuff team has been experimenting with various AI tools to improve the quality of our work for clients. In doing so, we’ve also gained insights into what AI can’t currently replace, where we need to focus our internal resources, and ultimately, how to strike the right balance between strategy and execution. Find out which tools our teams are using, and why they love them, in this brand-new blog post 👇 https://lnkd.in/eSFgUu9Z

This month, we’re spotlighting Hannah Burks (aka HB), our Head of Creative Operations! ✌️ From overseeing project timelines to QAing website projects, HB does a LOT of things to keep Tuff’s team moving full steam ahead. 🚂 She’s collaborated with countless partners since joining Tuff in 2022—and when it comes to growth marketing, she has an especially unique POV. “Growth marketing is about being very specific with your goals and how you're going to achieve them,” says HB. “We think of it like a big to-do list—what are the right audiences, channels, budgets, messaging, creative, and UX that will get your business to the right amount of form fills/purchases/sales calls so you can scale and grow.” To get some face time with HB (and the rest of Tuff’s growth experts), book a strategy call right here 👇 https://lnkd.in/gDTWJxk9

Over the years, Tuff has worked with countless early-stage startups to create, execute, and refine growth strategies. But over the last 18 months, we’ve witnessed several significant market shifts—including Google’s declining market share, restricted VC funding, and the rise of AI. To get a clearer picture of the challenges startups are facing, we recently sent out a survey to pre-seed and seed stage founders asking about their budgets, growth plans, and top priorities for the second half of 2024. In our latest blog post, Tuff founder Ellen Jantsch summarizes the responses and shares key takeaways, future predictions, and actionable steps for the rest of 2024 👇 https://lnkd.in/e4qbfzZp

Goodway Group's Summer 2024 Summit was so nice, we just HAD to post about it twice! ✌️ Kate, our Head of Social, recaps Tuff’s four-day trip to D.C. 🏛️
Tuff went to our third summit with Goodway Group last week. There were sessions covering topics, like the marketing mindset, outcome engineering, critical thinking skills in the AI era, and strategic account management. The Tuff team had the honor of hosting a few, as well 👇 💥 "Unlocking the Power of CRO in Paid Media" with Kristin 💥 "Harnessing Down-Funnel Data to Generate Revenue, Not Just Leads" with Chris and Jesse 💥 "Building a Cohesive Web & Content Strategy" with Richard 💥 "Performance Creative 2.0: How We Configure Creative Tests That Drive Results" with me & Adam It was such a great experience to work with Adam to prepare our presentation and collaborate with the group who signed up for our session to make it a meaningful use of time for everyone. We broke down 👇 🚀 How to maximize media with creative 🚀 How to measure effectiveness 🚀 Our approach to testing creative in paid media campaigns Overall, the summit was a great opportunity to spend in-person time together, share insights, and exchange ideas.

Two weeks ago, the entire Tuff team headed east to Washington, D.C. for @ Goodway Group's Summer 2024 Summit! ✈️ Here’s what Katie, our Lead Creative Strategist, had to say about the four days we spent together IRL 👇
After having lived in DC for the first 8 years of my career post-college, being back here with the Tuff crew has been surreal and so fun! I've loved being back in my old stomping grounds with a team that I love, doing work I enjoy, for fantastic clients. 💚 We've spent the week talking about: - (surprise, surprise) AI and how it integrates into the work we're doing - how to accelerate growth for our clients - leadership within our roles (shoutout Carah Vallejo for a fantastic session) - creative systems and process optimizations And there's more to come this afternoon with an upcoming session from Kate Theobald and Adam Fricke on configuring creative tests. 💥 Grateful to be a part of such a collaborative team within a forward-thinking company. 🙌
