  • Yesterday at the New Mexico Broadband Summit our GM Daniel Meszler joined a powerful panel of local telecoms to address the impact of the Ruidoso fires this past July. Godfrey Enjady, GM at Mescalero Apache Telecom, shared heartbreaking stories of lost communication, including 911 access during that emergency. In an inspiring display of unity, TDS, Windstream Kinetic, Mescalero Apache Telecom Inc, Plateau, PVT and Tularosa Communications set aside competitiveness to unite for one goal: restoring vital services to Ruidoso. 🤝 This collaboration highlights the importance of community resilience and support in times of crisis. A catastrophe like this reminds us of the critical role that telecommunications play in emergencies. This event was sponsored by the New Mexico Chamber of Commerce presented by Vida Mejor Capital.

  • It’s unfortunate that this year’s Corks & Shells Wine and Pistachio Festival had to be canceled due to unexpected weather. However, we still enjoyed the time we spent there! 🧡 A huge thank you to the dedicated team at Thrive in Southern New Mexico for all their hard work in organizing the event. Your efforts and commitment to our community never go unnoticed! We’re already looking forward to next year’s festival!
