    Yesterday, we had the honor of welcoming Ms. Jennie Chua, Ambassador of Singapore, and her delegation to our offices in Málaga. As part of their visit to the Málaga TechPark | Parque Tecnológico de Andalucía, they explored opportunities for collaboration and partnership with some of the innovative companies based here. During their visit, we had the opportunity to present our cutting-edge 𝗔𝗜 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀, which offer a no-code approach to automating operations across various industries. It was an insightful exchange, and we are excited about the potential synergies that could arise from this meeting.

    Jitters and palpable enthusiasm on the new wave of #AI (#llm, #transformers, #rag) for customer service and productivity. TM Forum's #innovate24americas brought great conversations with peers and industry leaders, many of them about the broad application LLMs to operations at telco operators. There was also a confirmation that at Tupl Inc. we are focusing on what customers really need, the combination of "traditional" AI with GenAI. We are even apply these to make our low code, no code automation flows even faster. But what about the jitters? There was great espresso and awesome cortados to keep us going 😀
