Growth for our multilingual learners! At Garden Place Academy in Denver Public Schools, where half the students receive native language instruction in Spanish, our partnership is delivering success! By providing bilingual Teacher-Tutors for personalized Math and ELA instruction in Spanish, we’re helping ensure every student can learn without language barriers. The results speak for themselves: ✔️Tutored students saw a 10-point increase on the STAR Early Literacy Spanish assessment. ✔️ On the STAR Math Spanish assessment, they grew 14 points faster than their non-tutored peers. Small group tutoring for game-changing literacy results! During our recent webinar in partnership with Metro RESA, we spotlighted the success of Esperanza Global Academy, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, where Dean of Students, Candice Stofira, M.Ed, shared how our partnership made a huge impact. At the beginning of the year, projections showed that 0% of the student body would be proficient on the DIBELS assessment. However, thanks to our tutoring partnership, over 40% of students achieved proficiency, and EGA reported the greatest growth in the state for multilingual learners! Indianapolis Public Schools parents love TbT! After participating in our Tutoring for All program, IPS parents were thrilled with how our tutoring helped improve academic outcomes for their students. On customer satisfaction surveys, IPS parents rated Tutored by Teachers higher than the scores received by globally recognized brands like Amazon, Netflix, and Starbucks. This high level of parent satisfaction is reflected in our strong Net Promoter Score (NPS), which measures how likely people are to recommend a service. TbT is grateful to have been a part of the Indianapolis community, while empowering students and helping them grow. “Learning in a small group setting is much more effective for my child than learning in a classroom with 30 other kids.
