🌟 Meet Drew Gillespie, Senior Project Manager at Tuttle, who’s been with us for almost 12 years! Drew starts his day early, often by 7:00, coordinating with superintendents and team members, planning project work, and keeping clients informed. His favorite part? Building relationships with incredible people while working on unique projects. Outside of work, Drew is happily married for 10 years and has a 7-year-old daughter and 4-year-old son. He loves spending time outdoors with his family, boating, and playing volleyball and pickleball with friends. When asked what he enjoys most about fall, Drew says it’s college football and celebrating his daughter’s Halloween birthday, which has taken the holiday to a whole new level! #tuttleconstruction #limaohio #columbusohio #constructionohio

👷 In honor of October being Careers in Construction Month, we want to highlight the opportunities available in the construction industry. A career in construction offers many paths, from working with concrete to structural steel, and everything in between. At Tuttle Construction, our skilled employees are members of local unions such as Cement Masons Local 886-1, Bricklayers Local 35, Laborers Local 329, Ironworkers Local 290, and Carpenters Local 372. These unions offer apprenticeship programs that combine hands-on training with classroom learning, preparing workers for long-term success in their fields. Whether you’re interested in concrete, masonry, general trades, structural steel, fireproofing, or metal buildings, there’s a trade for you. Apprenticeship programs provide the opportunity to earn while you learn, gaining the experience needed to grow in the construction industry. Graduates of these programs can work from union hiring halls across the U.S., ensuring a career with mobility and stability. Join us in celebrating Careers in Construction Month and explore the endless possibilities in the skilled trades! #CareersInConstruction #SkilledTrades #ConstructionOpportunities #Apprenticeships #Constructionohio #tuttleconstruction #limaohio

Construction requires both physical strength and cognitive abilities. Workers must be able to think critically, solve complex problems, and pay attention to detail while performing physically demanding tasks. Working with your hands is one of the most-loved aspects of a career in construction! #careersinconstruction #ibuildamerica
