About: Latino Outdoors’ mission is to inspire, connect, and engage Latino communities in the outdoors and embrace cultura y familia as part of the outdoor narrative, ensuring our history, heritage, and leadership are valued and represented. Latino Outdoors works to diversify outdoor recreation, outdoor leadership, and outdoor narratives. We do this by offering free family-friendly outdoor outings such as day hikes, campouts, birding, and hosting indoor climbing meetups and outdoor beginner climbing clinics for Latine communities. These experiences are led by volunteer Latine outdoor leaders and designed to celebrate Latino culture in all its diversity.
