Michael has been a tech for 9 years in the Florida Panhandle and became a HVAC/R tech after trade school. He says that winning this scholarship will allow him to progress in all aspects of his work and he would really enjoy the money towards training to further his knowledge. Congratulations Michael! Our Savannah branch recently hosted representatives from Baker Distributing Company and Heatcraft Worldwide Refrigeration for an intelliGen certification class. In total we had 11 technicians receive certifications and we can now offer clients a two-year warranty on intelliGen products at our Savannah, Macon, and Space Coast branches, rather than the standard one-year warranty for non-certified contractors. This is yet another reason why TWC Services is a leader in the industry and a preferred partner of choice.

Our new technician training program, TWC Tech Launchpad, recently welcomed its first class of graduates. Seven technicians representing our Ft. Myers, Tampa, Sarasota, and Orlando branches attended three-and-a-half days of training. These techs were in their first few weeks with the company and had a chance to experience a mix of important hands-on training and classroom instruction led by our experienced trainers. This program will be a vital tool for all our new technicians as they launch their careers with us. Congratulations to our first class of graduates!
