He wanted to use this video to promote me, but I’m going to use it to give HIM a shoutout. My friend Keni MacLeod and I go waaayyyy back. He flew down from Canada for my Author Launch Party and, since he’s starting a media company, he wanted to film some content for me at the event. The day after, he came to my studio to discuss some entrepreneurship stuff, and I also did a few headshots for him to help him get started with a rock-solid brand presence. He was so impressed, he made me this video. To say I’m blown away is an understatement. He did 4 things that we all should consider when working with our clients: ✅ He helped me tell my story ✅ He made ME feel like the hero (what feeling are you selling?) ✅ He included UGC to create a sense of FOMO ✅ He sought feedback throughout to make sure it accomplished MY goals He’s not even on LinkedIn yet, but rest assured that I’ll be recommending Keni far and wide once he’s ready to go. COMMENT if you see yourself in the video!!! #headshots #personalbranding #photography

When you bring new people into an organization, they come with their own ideas, habits, and even unspoken assumptions about what "care" looks like. Without a clear and well-communicated culture, you risk having a mishmash of practices that ultimately erode your brand and confuse your clients. Culture isn’t just a set of statements—it’s a daily practice that touches every interaction and decision. Twillie Bryant Creative has had the privilege of helping Seema Lakhani of Parkside Tamarac, a new 96-bed memory care community, put this culture in a teachable form. This relationship has allowed me to create something truly special: a Culture Code that embodies the heart and care Seema has cultivated at her 38-bed Boynton Beach location for the past 12 years. At Boynton, Seema built an unspoken culture—one of trust, accessibility, and unwavering support for caregivers and families, earning her consistent five-star reviews and deep connections with those she serves. In order to ensure that this same culture would carry over to the larger Tamarac community, I created the "Parkside Code of Culture," complete with a teaching module, including a teacher’s manual, student workbooks, and assessments. This makes the culture tangible and actionable for every new staff member. At Parkside Tamarac, this Culture Code ensures that Seema's legacy of personalized, compassionate care will continue to shape every aspect of the resident experience. If you’re building or developing a brand, take a moment to reflect: Does your culture infuse every part of what you do? Have you made it clear, teachable, and actionable? Because it’s not just about what you say—it's about how you live it, day in and day out. #Culture #Leadership #MemoryCare #BrandDevelopment #ParksideTamarac #DementiaCarewithDignity

As April Stewart perfectly said, "The Room is a space that is much more than just meeting people. It's a nurturing and collaborative space." If you know, you know. Thanks Andraya Brennan, MPA of iMatter Adult Day Center for hosting the Palm Beach Edition every month. ❤️ #TheRoomWhereItHappens #ConnectionMatters #CollaborativeSpaces Lucky Aguirre Amanda Lockett Babb

  • Are you a social worker or case manager in Palm Beach who hasn't grabbed your spot for this month's "Social Workers Need Fun Too" event? RSVP window closing soon! Don't miss it! #socialworkersneedfuntoo #breastcancerawarenessmonth #gopink Here's the link: https://lnkd.in/exJUZHFm

  • Yesterday, Parkside Tamarac hosted the "Parkside Tamarac Placement Preview Lunch, where placement counselors got an exclusive first look at the new 96-bed memory care community. Big shoutout to Seema Lakhani whose experience and attention to detail truly shine in every corner of this building. She's thought of everything! We're grateful for the partnerships and the counselors who help families navigate the tough process of finding the right place for their loved ones. As Seema always reminds us, "It’s not wrong to place your loved one in a facility. It’s wrong to place them in the wrong facility." But of course, we call them communities and Parkside Tamarac is an exceptional community—one built to provide dementia care with dignity. Instead of large gatherings, we’re keeping things personal with private, invitation-only events, including a private "vendor dinner" and the grand opening group tours with pre-scheduled time slots. If you’d like to be part of one of these events, reach out to Susette Tyson at 954-303-2100. Once the state license is finalized, there will be a larger celebration, but for now, we’re focusing on building meaningful connections through these intimate previews. By the way, Parkside Tamarac has a certificate of occupancy! So excited to finally share Seema’s hard work and vision with everyone. Stay tuned for more updates as she continues to do something new in senior healthcare! Photo cred: Thanks to Robin Rouah for sharing your pics as well! Robin Rouah

If there were two words to sum up yesterday’s Affordable Medical Supply Inc Roundtable, they’d be innovation and relationships. Sure, we came together to talk about the latest initiatives and resources everyone’s working on, but what quickly became clear was this: behind every big idea, there’s a strong relationship driving it forward. It wasn’t just about showing off shiny new innovative projects—though there was plenty of that. The magic came from hearing how those innovations are powered by the connections people have built. It’s relationships that create the real momentum behind the things that make a difference. And in a room full of passionate minds, it was impossible not to feel the synergy (there’s that word again). We didn’t gather to solve the world’s problems in a day, but we did get a sneak peek at how these fresh ideas and partnerships are already making an impact. And let’s be real, that’s the sweet spot where great things happen. A huge thank you to June McCarthy for trusting Twillie Bryant Creative to bring the relationship building space to her. It’s not every day you get a room full of smart, innovative thinkers who are also incredibly human. That’s the power of connection, and we’re excited to see where these conversations will take us next. To everyone who participated—thank you for bringing your energy and insights. This wasn’t just another meeting; it was a space where innovation and relationships came to life. And, let’s be honest, it was pretty awesome. Lynda James Jaime H.
