Please welcome Matthew Field, MD, PhD as TCEC’s new anterior segment/cornea specialist. Dr. Field completed his fellowship at Minnesota Eye Consultants, ophthalmology residency training at the University of Iowa and MD/PhD at the University of Miami Bascom Palmer Eye Institute. Dr. Field will bring expertise in ocular surface disease, cataracts, corneal transplants, secondary lens exchange, refractive surgery, oculoplastics, and anterior segment reconstruction, among other conditions.

Dr. Scott Schaefer approaches his relationship with patients cooperatively to find solutions for patients' visual challenges. He is at the forefront of the latest innovations, research, and treatment options through his high-level involvement in state and national ophthalmology associations.
