A team member independently implemented an idea that significantly improved a process. Previously, the executive felt his team relied on him for solutions, reflecting common "wait and see" or "blame" scripts in healthcare. We discussed strategies to reinforce proactive behaviors within his team—empowering individuals who innovate and inspiring others to follow suit.
