Members of Tyndale’s HR team were fortunate enough to attend the SHRM Lehigh Valley Chapter Conference this week, where the theme was "Unleash Your HR Superpower!" 🚀 HR members expressed their gratitude for working at an organization that believes in the power of continued education and professional growth. “Having the opportunity to connect with fellow HR professionals not only enhances our skills but also allows us to bring back fresh insights and innovative ideas to implement within our team and across the company,” said Sarah Pashley, Tyndale’s Talent Acquisition Specialist. At the conference, the team had the chance to network, learn from thought leaders, and share best practices on everything from talent acquisition to employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and leadership development. 💡 They left feeling inspired and ready to apply new strategies that continue to elevate Tyndale’s workplace culture and contribute to the success of the organization. A big thank you to the SHRM Lehigh Valley Chapter for hosting such an impactful event and to all the HR professionals who made it an enriching experience. Joining him were Jason Brozen, William Watson, Dean Austin and Corey Hannahs with NFPA, who shared valuable insights on arc flash safety and the importance of proper protection. Scott also led a live demonstration, testing AR/FR and non-FR garments under varying arc flash intensities, giving attendees the rare chance to witness arc flashes up close. The experience highlighted the life-saving importance of wearing the right gear in electrical environments. hashtag #KEMA2024 #ArcFlashSafety #FRClothing
