Genesis Gives, U.S. Soccer Foundation, and MLS Players Association (MLSPA) have proudly unveiled a new mini-pitch at the Broadway YMCA on Staten Island, New York. Following the recent opening of a Musco Mini-Pitch System™ in Hollywood, Fla., this project marks the second installation through the partnership between Genesis and U.S. Soccer Foundation.   “At Genesis, we are committed to creating opportunities for local communities that extend beyond our brand,” said Claudia Marquez, chief operating officer, Genesis Motor North America. “We are delighted to continue supporting youth development through projects like this mini-pitch, which will provide a safe environment for children to engage in sports and reach their full potential.”   Through Genesis Gives, we partner with organizations to improve access to youth sports in under-resourced communities. We recently celebrated the opening of a brand-new mini-pitch at the Broadway YMCA, thanks to our partners Genesis Motor America, MLS Players Association, and YMCA of Greater New York! A vibrant addition to the community, the pitch was designed to spark joy and encourage participation in soccer at all levels. It was a pleasure to join kids and their families at the opening event that featured remarks from our partners, an exciting first kick, and multiple scrimmages.
