The U.S. Commission on the Social Status of Black Men and Boys (CSSBMB) is an independent, bipartisan, non-congressional federal commission dedicated to studying the most pressing issues impacting Black men and boys in the United States. Through a research-based annual report, CSSBMB proposes policy recommendations to help eradicate the disparities faced by Black men and boys in the following areas: criminal justice and civil rights, health and housing, education, and labor and employment.
