Our Wage and Hour Division has visited disaster recovery centers in Georgia and South Carolina and distributed resources in Florida in areas affected by natural disasters. 📍 Staff have spent time at the FEMA Disaster Recovery Center in Appling County, Georgia, collaborating with Delondra and site manager Ricardo. This site welcomes up to 200 visitors daily, providing vital support to the community. 📍 In Newberry County, South Carolina, we met Semaya, FEMA housing crew lead, Mike from the South Carolina Office of Resilience and KiSaana from the U.S. Small Business Administration.
