  • Did you know there are special provisions in place for certain individuals seeking U.S. citizenship? These Special Naturalization Provisions can significantly streamline the process for those who qualify. Special Naturalization Provisions apply to various groups, including: ✅ Military Members - Service in the U.S. Armed Forces can expedite the naturalization process. ✅ Spouses of U.S. Citizens - If you're married to a U.S. citizen, you may qualify for a faster path to citizenship. ✅ You are exempt from the English language requirement. However, you are still required to take the civics test if you are age 50 or older at the time of filing for naturalization and have lived as a permanent resident in the U.S. for 20 years OR age 55 or older at the time of filing for naturalization and have lived as a permanent resident in the U.S for 15 years. ✅ If you are 65 or older and have been a permanent resident for at least 20 years when filing for naturalization. In that case, you will also be given special consideration regarding the civics requirement. Understanding these provisions can be complex, but we are here to help guide you through every step of the process. Contact us today to learn more.
