U@ LLC is a visionary perks platform that combines gorgeous employee appreciation escapes and an extensive menu of self-development programs. Driven by Founder and CEO Josh Klein’s decades-long commitment to care improvement, The U@ facilities were created to empower healthcare professionals to feel their best so they could in turn give their best to the clients under their care. Statistics show that many healthcare professionals are primarily women, minorities and individuals from immigrant communities. Ever passionate about bridging communal gaps, Founder Josh Klein recognized that the best way to improve client care was by caring for these individuals and enabling their personal growth. The state-of-the-art U@ facilities were born out of that vision. As part of the program, healthcare workers have access to facilities with a host of exclusive amenities, including a variety of beauty and lifestyle treatment sessions with top spa and salon specialists. Perks also include complimentary access to technology advancement courses, ESL classes, healthcare training, in-house nutritionists and more.
