UCR Leaders of Excellent And Distinction (LEAD) maintains a strong focus on professional development for campus staff and partners closely with Human Resources’ Office of Employee and Organizational Development in the development and delivery of courses. All non-represented employees at UCR are members of LEAD and can benefit from partnerships with administrative and financial units across campus.
