About us

The University of Dayton — a Catholic, Marianist research university — is a center of programming, dialogue research and education on social justice, human rights and sustainability. Founded in 2013, the Human Rights Center expands the University of Dayton’s mission to deepen our vital commitment to realize the common good, and advance the theory and practice of human rights advocacy through education, research, and dialogue — locally and globally.
