This past week, the Florida International Medical Expo (FIME) at the Miami Convention Center was a hub of innovation and networking. We had a blast at the 2024 VCIC (Venture Capital Investment Competition) Undergraduate East Regional Finals! Hosted at the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business and organized by Warrington Ventures Inc., this competition brought together student teams from universities across the east coast to compete as venture capitalists investing in real startups. Among the judges were UF Innovate | Ventures Director Jackson Streeter MD, as well as Justis Mendez and Pablo Casilimas, managing partners at OneSixOne Ventures.
