Nearly one in 10 Idahoans have been diagnosed with diabetes, and many more are prediabetic. Through funding from UnitedHealthcare, the Diabetes Alliance of Idaho will support evidence-based diabetes prevention programs with a focus on reaching older adults and communities that are disproportionately impacted by diabetes.
