Our facility is strategically located in Houston, Texas with three rail spurs and nearby access to the port. ASME Hot and cold formed heads: - 2:1 elliptical - Hemispherical - Dished only - Toriconical - Flanged & flued - Flanged & dished - Flared & dished Seven hot forming presses: - 350 to 2,500 ton - form up to 12" thick Ten cold forming machines: - capacity up to 360"ø Five plate rolls: - roll cones and cylinders - max length of 144" - up to 12" thick Sixteen furnaces: - multiple car bottom furnaces up to 14' x 14' x 42' - 257"ø round furnace Two tanks with capacity to water quench: - up to 200" OD heads - up to 102" OD x 192" long cylinders
