About us
My instructional theories and practices will support the National Educational Technology Plan to create technology literate citizens. The energy and eagerness expressed by UHSs' students for Technology Education, further drives me to offer the best learning opportunities. Goals of mine are to combine my expertise and life skills to professionally perform the duties of a 21st Century Technology Educator and to progressively advocate for technology education awareness in society. Through all these courageous endeavors, UHS technology students will be inspired to reach their own (academic, personal and career) achievements. During the '09-'10 school year, a personal and professional goal of mine is to be the best involved teacher I have ever been. This outcome can be measured by closely partnering with the Uniondale School Community as well as, industry leaders abroad.

Our district is fortunate to have great partners like H2M architects to help us implement our vision for state of the art facilities throughout the district.
Although the Olympics are coming to an end this weekend in Paris, the athletic achievements aren’t ending in Uniondale! The Uniondale UFSD High School recently held an opening ceremony for their brand-new six-lane track surrounding a synthetic turf field striped for football, soccer, and lacrosse. The high school marching band and cheerleading team welcomed the community into the new state-of-the-art complex. Congratulations to the Uniondale Knights on these amazing new facilities!

MBK Uniondale hosted a Night at the Long Island Children's Museum to celebrate our summer reading scholars. Students and their parents were treated to interactive exhibits, games, music, snacks and the chance to "shop for free books." A huge THANK YOU to all of our young readers, our MBK Reading Initiative co-chairs, Dr. Bilal Polson and Bryan Bruno, Christine Lopes, Grants Coordinator and our UHS MBK student staffers. #MBKReads

As we get ready for the big day, we are looking back to the graduation parades that took place at every elementary school. Our graduating seniors had a blast revisiting their roots with a special parade through the halls of their local elementary schools. Seeing the excitement and joy on the faces of our young students as they cheered on the grads was truly unforgettable. It was a full-circle moment that celebrated the journey from the first day of school to this milestone achievement. Congratulations to the Class of 2024!
