2023 has truly been a game-changer for Unitea. It's the first year since our company’s inception that we've been able to operate without COVID-19 restrictions, and just like the music industry as a whole, we've bounced back stronger than ever. Since the platform’s various partnerships began in 2019, Unitea has championed the voice of the independently-owned promoters and festivals in the dance music industry to forge genuine connections and ultimately create fan retention for these events. In 2023, Unitea has collaborated with festivals and events such as Suwannee Hulaween, Gem & Jam, Cascade Equinox, Home Bass, Dirtybird CampINN, Monstercat Compound, and Imagine Music Festival. Unitea collaborated with renowned artists such as NGHTMRE and Big Gigantic, offering fans incredible grand prizes during their tour stops. Unitea users who won NGHTMRE’s Denver Dream Trip contest were treated to a grand prize including flights, hotels, airport and show transport, two VIP tickets to both of his DRMVRSE Tour stops at Mission Ballroom, and a special meet and greet at soundcheck. We also partnered with NGHTMRE to giveaway two tickets to Imagine Music Festival in September. We joined forces with Big Gigantic for an exclusive contest, granting one lucky winner the ultimate ROWDYTOWN Red Rocks experience and crowning them Rowdytown Royalty! The winners enjoyed VIP tickets to both shows, an intimate meet and greet with Big G, a behind-the-scenes backstage tour of the venue, a signed merch bundle, and $100 in rideshare vouchers for a safe journey to and from the event. In May, Unitea also announced a seed round of $7M, led by 1st Class Guernsey, Chaos Capital, and Fuel Venture Capital. Since the pre-seed round started in 2020, we have accomplished over 2,000 reward activations. Now that the round is closed, Unitea will continue to leverage funds raised to further expand the capabilities of our platform within the music industry and beyond.
