When ramp agent John W. (pictured left) arrived for his shift at London's Heathrow Airport, life as he knew it changed in an instant. While working on an aircraft on the ground, John suffered a heart attack and survived — thanks to the fast aid of his United coworkers and a paramedic named Rob (pictured right) who happened to be on site that day and able to respond within minutes.
