UDG develops, owns, and operates geothermal-based district heating/cooling systems in small, compact towns across the U.S. We target communities with >200 buildings/square mile that have no natural gas service, relying on heating oil or propane to heat their homes. UDG provides infrastructure-as-a-service to households and small business owners to reduce their upfront cost of installing ground source heat pumps -- the most efficient way to heat and cool a building.
