Advisory Board Round Up! Allow us to introduce Lacy Blanton, SHRM-SCP, Vice President and Employee Relations Manager for BancFirst. She has her SHRM-SCP Certification and over 12 years of human resources experience. Previously, she has served as the Director of HR at the Methodist Children's Homes of MS. She has received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Delta State University and is a member of Oklahoma City Human Resources Society (OCHRS) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Prior to her career in HR, Lacy worked in banking and finance for almost nine years and was selected for and completed Leadership Greater Jackson in 2014-2015. She also has helped to create and manage military internships for Trustmark National Bank and served as a Career Transition Trainer for the Transition Assistance Program providing training to military service members as they prepare to transition to civilian careers.
