The Behavioral Sleep Medicine Laboratory is hiring a part-time Hourly Research Assistant (Work-Study) to assist with a multi-year NIH grant that is examining the effects of a sleep intervention on blood pressure. *Must be a University of Utah student and have a Federal Work-Study Award. Does coffee prevent head and neck cancer? Yuan-Chin Amy Lee, one of our adjunct associate professors for the Division of Public Health shared, "While there has been prior research on coffee and tea consumption and reduced risk of cancer, this study highlighted their varying effects with different sub-sites of head and neck cancer, including the observation that even decaffeinated coffee had some positive impact."
