M Health Fairview is comprised of 11 hospitals, over 90 clinics, and over 36,000 Epic users. Yet in 2019, its training team recognized that its learning ecosystem was fragmented and difficult to navigate. To provide clinicians with a more seamless learning experience, the team at Fairview set out to find a solution that would enable them to give clinicians a self-paced, custom, just-in-time learning experience. In a recent KLAS Arch Collaborative case study, M Health Fairview (Fairview Health Services) shared the success they’re experiencing with a just-in-time learning strategy. This new approach has empowered them to scale their Epic training, centralize all training content in a single Learning Library and provide users with access to microlearning directly in their Epic workflows.   When rolling out its eConsent tool, integrated microlearning in the Navigator helped increase user adoption of the tool from just 7% to 87%!
