This PRE-LEASED 93,900 square-foot state-of-the-art building sits on a 5-acre site and was designed with efficiency and modern industrial needs in mind. Key features include a 34-foot clear height, 10 dock positions, a hybrid roof structure with a BUR membrane, and a 2000-amp electrical service, and an ESFR fire suppression system. Despite the scale and the extremely challenging site conditions, this project was completed in just 11 months—showcasing our commitment to delivering quality on schedule. Uprite Construction is pleased to announce the commencement of a significant project in collaboration with Hines, involving the development of three industrial buildings in the newly named Edenvale Industrial Park in San Jose, CA. The project spans two sites totaling 45 acres and includes a variety of building sizes to meet diverse needs. The first building will cover 231,649 square feet, while the second will be slightly smaller at 172,872 square feet. The third building, designed for flagship use, will encompass 210,024 square feet. Uprite Construction is pleased to announce the successful completion of the Rancho Cordova Logistics Center in partnership with Northpoint Development and the City of Rancho Cordova. This project represents a significant milestone as the first private development on the former Aerojet property in over 80 years. The project involved the construction of two state-of-the-art industrial warehouse buildings. Building 1 is a 441,618 square-foot cross-dock facility, while Building 2 is a 275,807 square-foot single-sided facility. Spanning over 50 acres, the development also included comprehensive site improvements, infrastructure upgrades, and road realignments to support the new facilities. Both buildings were completed on schedule, with construction concluding by mid-summer 2024 and final site work completed in September 2024. We extend our gratitude to Northpoint Development for their trust and collaboration and look forward to further strengthening our partnership in future projects.

This 29,631 sf Industrial Speculative T.I. for Crow Holdings, consisted of a complete 2-story Tenant Improvement with Class A, high-end finishes with new warehouse & office restrooms, large offices & conference rooms with Herculite glass walls, break rooms, large bullpen areas, an upgraded main lobby with custom a staircase & railings.  The Warehouse consisted of new Warehouse lighting throughout, HVLS fans, and all new dock packages with levelers, restraints, lights & fans. This was all completed in less than 16 weeks.

With grading permits anticipated this week, Uprite Construction, in partnership with the South Orange County Community College District, our construction management partners Zatu Design, and our design partner Bridget Herdman of Herdman Architects, is set to begin mobilization on the Advantech North American Headquarters project at the historic former Marine Corps Air Station in Tustin. As featured in the Orange County Business Journal, this project will be a significant milestone in Advantech's North American expansion, delivering profound benefits to the local community and Southern California as a whole. Working closely with the City of Tustin and the South Orange County Community College District, this development will not only generate numerous high-quality jobs across industries like technology, construction, and support services, but it will also enhance the region’s technological and economic infrastructure. Advantech’s presence will stimulate innovation, attracting related industries and positioning Tustin as a hub for cutting-edge technology, further driving investment and economic diversity. The collaboration between Uprite Construction and its partners will also ensure the thoughtful revitalization of the former military site, blending modern progress with historical preservation. With an influx of new commercial activity, infrastructure improvements, and expanded business opportunities, the community will experience a boost in economic vitality, enhancing the quality of life for residents and helping to establish Southern California as a leading region in technological advancement.

COMING SOON!! Uprite Construction's Southeast Division is preparing to commence construction on the new StorNow Self-Storage facility in Port Charlotte, Florida! This fully Design/Build project will be a single, Class-A, 141,345 sf, 3-story building, constructed on a 2-1/2 acre site. The total Unit Mix is 1,162 temperature-controlled units. Construction is scheduled to start in September of 2024. Thanks to our design partners, DesignHaus Architects, for helping us get this one across the finish line.

Uprite Construction, in partnership with Advantech-North America, Herdman Architects, and Zatu, is excited to announce the award of the construction for the Advantech North American Headquarters project in Tustin, California.   We are honored to have been selected by Advantech to be their trusted advisor to build this landmark project in the shadow of the last remaining historic blimp hanger at the former Marine Corps Air Station-Tustin.   We are quickly wrapping up our preconstruction phase and preparing to commence mobilization in anticipation of breaking ground in early August.   This project consists of a new 110,000 sf, 6-story headquarters office tower fully built-out with offices, conference rooms, breakrooms, kitchens, a full-size auditorium, and more. There is also an 80,000 sf, 2-story industrial tilt-up building complete with warehouse & tenant improvements.   This is one of the most high-profile construction projects in Orange County in the last 15 years, and we are honored to lead it.

Uprite Construction marked another monumental groundbreaking at Fox Field in Lancaster, California, in partnership with NorthPoint Development, Studio North, Duke Engineering, the City of Lancaster, and LA County Fire.   We are honored to continue our ongoing relationship with NorthPoint Development and we look forward to delivering another successful project, further strengthening our spot as their trusted advisor, not just in Southern California, but across the United States.   With this construction commencement, we are scheduled to complete the 647.327 sf Industrial Concrete Tilt-Up building by June of 2025.   We would like to thank NorthPoint Development for their continued trust and partnership. Thank you, also, to the City of Lancaster, and LA County Fire Department for joining us for this great event.
