It's almost time for the 2024 USAP Cares Week! As this video shows, 2023 USAP Cares Week was a huge success last year, with over 200 USAP participants contributing 400 volunteer hours across 16 events. Together, we impacted over 30,000 lives through our efforts. With less than four weeks away, we are excited to continue giving back and making a positive difference. USAP-Colorado Springs recently participated in OSC Hand Day 2024, where surgeons, over 30 surgery center employees, and several of our very own USAP anesthesiologists came together to donate a Saturday and provide care to nine patients in need. This incredible effort was a collaboration with the Orthopaedic & Spine Center of Southern Colorado, a key ambulatory center in the region. Thanks to the generosity of all involved—donating equipment, supplies, implants, and even food—we made a significant impact. A special thank you to USAP’s Dr. Kira Fraser and Dr. Jonathan Mayles for their outstanding support in making this life-changing event possible. #USAP #OSCHandDay2024 #Teamwork
