U.S. District Judge Dale A. Drozd is seeking applicants for a two-year, full-time term law clerk position in his Sacramento chambers. The incumbent will conduct extensive research and writing on a wide range of issues that arise in federal litigation and will assist Judge Drozd during trials and with managing his caseload. Applicants must be available for a start date of employment in Fall 2025. Work will be performed in our Sacramento courthouse on a regular and recurring basis with limited availability of telework subject to Judge Drozd’s approval.
