Behind every entrepreneur, there’s a story of determination. Meet Kuldip Panchal (KP), EO Indianapolis learning chair and president of US Hydrovac Inc. 🌟 KP's family immigrated to the U.S. in 1994 with little money and education, working in entry-level jobs. After watching firsthand the challenges his parents faced, KP knew he wanted to defy expectations and committed himself to building a successful company. Today, KP is the founder and president of US Hydrovac Inc., a premiere underground utility services firm and one of the fastest growing players in the industry. Within the next 10 years, KP hopes to turn US Hydrovac into a $50 million company. When asked if he has any advice for budding entrepreneurs, KP said, “don't look at the outside world for your next move, don't look at your competitors - look at yourself and what you can do better. If you keep focusing on yourself, then one day the world will know and the success will catch up to you."
