Commander Fleet Logistics Support Wing (CFLSW) continues to play a pivotal role in the contested logistics discussion, ensuring the fleet is postured to fight and win decisively. With a laser-focus on performance improvement, the FLSW team set their sights on “Get Real, Get Better” tenets of fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence to significantly enhance the mission capable rates of C-130T aircraft. By “embracing the red,” they tripled the number of available aircraft to support CNR's Warfighting Instruction to develop a lethal, agile fighting force. This achievement has empowered FLSW to excel in global Navy Unique Fleet Essential Airlift (NUFEA) missions. With more aircraft in the sky, dedicated pilots, aircrews, and maintainers delivered over 50,000 mishap-free flight hours, transporting more than 200,000 passengers and 40 million pounds of cargo worldwide since 2022! This remarkable effort underscores the Navy Reserve’s unwavering commitment to keep the Fleet resupplied, rearmed, and ready to face any challenge. Bravo Zulu to all involved! Your hard work and commitment are vital to our mission success and the security of our nation! 🇺🇸✈️⚓️ #NavyReserve #MissionSuccess #CFLSW #C130T #FlyNavy #Logistics #MilitaryExcellence
