Meet Christopher Foster, PhD, MPA!
Originally from a small town in South Georgia, Dr. Foster has served in the military and holds a PhD in Emergency Management. As the Director of Emergency Services, he oversees police and fire departments, creates VIP protection plans, and manages budgets.
Dr. Foster, a proud #USCPrice Master of Public Administration (MPA) graduate, reflects on how the program and the Trojan Network broadened his perspectives and impacted his career trajectory.
His goal for the MPA Online Program was to achieve "higher-level thinking like mayors or city managers, or, in my case, commanders. I wanted to be able to think on a different level than what I had learned in the fire service."
