Last week, USRSB participated in the Global Conference on Sustainable Beef in Punta del Este, Uruguay, joining 13 of 14 national roundtables to share insights and strategies on advancing sustainability across the beef value chain. “While we had the opportunity to collaborate on diverse issues and strategies in the beef industry, the true value of the conference was found in the gathering itself – learning with and from global partners united for common sustainability goals,” said Samantha Werth, Executive Director, USRSB. Undoubtedly, the event provided a unique opportunity for national roundtables to connect, discuss regional priorities and practices and explore diverse approaches to sustainability progress. #USRSB #ContinuousImprovement #SustainableBeef Samantha Werth, PhD & Global Roundtable for Sustainable Beef (GRSB)
