Utah Family Therapy specializes in trauma, pornography compulsion/addiction, OCD, Anxiety and Depression. The core to all healing is connection, compassion and empathy. These addictions/compulsions no longer need to control your life or have the negative influence on your family. All of these negative behaviors will continue until they learn how to manage their Shame and discover connection. Shame causes you to feel worthless, defeated, unloved, suicidal, withdrawn and depressed. We help you understand your value and self worth. We work with you and your family to find healing together by giving you the tools needed to repair your relationships. We provide intensive outpatient solutions that are 1/5th the cost of most residential and wilderness treatment programs, as well as individual, couple and family counseling.
