Last week, our North American leadership team came together at our Waco facility for the global UZIN UTZ CULTURE Leadership Training workshop! The session centered on embracing and living our core values of being Competent, Reliable, and Passionate, not just within our workplace but also with our customers. These core values form the foundation for leading, growing, and thriving as a team. Leaders explored ways to make these values personal, actionable, and impactful in their roles while incorporating them into their teams’ daily practices. And true to our culture, it wasn’t all work! After a productive day, the group took time to unwind and connected at Main Event, enjoying an evening of fun and camaraderie outside of work. A big thank-you to our moderators, Dr. Florian Neymeyer & Thilo S., for guiding us through this journey of living our culture; we could not have done it without you!
