Our engineers attended the topping out of another major project - the North Metro Baptist Church in Braselton, Georgia! The building system consists of steel frame and tilt-up concrete panels. There are also 3 giant steel crosses out front of the building that are visible from highway 124. Architect: Bradfield, Richards, Rhodes and Associates Architects, Inc. It is excellent to see this project coming to life and being filled with so many residents! Its adaptive reuse method of renovation should be an example of how the City of Atlanta can turn old concrete buildings into thriving hubs.
According to co-developers The Georgetown Company, Beacon Capital Partners, and RocaPoint Partners, the signing means Campus 244’s phase one—dubbed the Palladium building—is now 90 percent occupied. About 46,000 square feet of space remains available on the top floor.

Zeller and our joint venture partners JPX Works and Manulife Investment Management are excited to announce the official opening of Emmi Midtown! Construction began in May 2022 on the 31-story apartment building located at 1405 Spring Street in Midtown Atlanta's flourishing northern arts district, delivered on time and on budget by general contractor Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC. Property leasing and management has been led by Bozzuto, and first unit occupancies began in June 2024. We teamed with Rule Joy Trammell Rubio and Square Feet Studio on the design for the 326-unit tower, which includes amenities such as a fitness center with a yoga and meditation room, a beautiful pool and exterior lounge, an elegant resident bar and lounge, and private and collaborative work spaces.
