🏔 In mountaineering, base camp is where you store supplies, recharge, and prepare for the journey ahead. Similarly, Base Camp at Valor is an annual experience where we come together as a team to learn, grow, and build strong foundations for the new school year. ✨ As we wrap up our 11th Base Camp, we're beyond excited to welcome students on Monday and launch the 2024-2025 school year!

Like most school leaders, you've probably tried to manage the stress of the job through organization tactics, planning rituals, and a strategic approach to your time (all very helpful life tools!). However... Valor's leadership development takes a different approach.
