Our vocational building program “Your Path To Success” (presented by title sponsor Van Metre Companies begins with one-on-one (and even 3-to-1) mentor to mentee relationships. The personal connection of invested volunteers has always been a strategy in helping our mentees grow, and seeing the week-to-week progress and bonding is a testament that we are navigating youth with disabilities in the right direction 🧭. As we enter the second half of the program this week, we are reminded of the patient and steady process of growth.
