Founded in 1937, our firm is comprised of a staff of more than 35 civil engineers, surveyors, technicians, and experienced managers who represent a full range of professional disciplines. We provide complete engineering, planning, surveying, construction management, and inspection services to our customers throughout the Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania area. VanDemark & Lynch approaches each new project by seeking innovative and practical solutions to its complexities and special circumstances. Today, one of the most complex issues we face is the technological challenge of interfacing our computer generated plans with the plans generated by the other consultants on our clients’ design teams. In order to meet this challenge, we are constantly assessing drafting technologies, and we have become a leader in the use of the current state-of-the-art drafting programs. In addition, to assure our clients achieve their goals, we use a team-based project management system, which is responsive to the individual client’s needs. We are proud of both our client list and the variety of projects completed. It is significant that a major portion of our business comes from repeat clients.

VanDemark & Lynch attended the first-ever ACE Delaware Mini Golf Fundraiser on October 29th. The event's goal was to support the ACE Delaware program, which introduces high school students to careers in Architecture, Construction, and Engineering. V&L has been involved with ACE Delaware since its beginning and looks forward to more of these events to continue growing this outstanding program.

On Oct. 19th, Lisa Donlon attended the Building Hope Gala for Serving at the Crossroads in support of the Manos Amigas Clinic in Honduras, at the Concord Country Club. V&L contributed by assisting retired employee, Jim Hatfield, with a Master Plan for the La Entada de Copan campus. The Gala exceeded fundraising expectations to support upgrades to the clinical facilities that provide meaningful and life-changing services to the La Entrada community.
