Congratulations to the team at Nova Scotia Health Authority, led by Assistant Professor Lee MacDonald, who recently published a paper assessing the feasibility of CT simulation-free adaptive radiation therapy using the Ethos therapy system equipped with HyperSight imaging solution.   In this paper, using an in-house workflow, CT simulation-free radiation therapy was shown to be feasible with acceptable workflow efficiency and dosimetric accuracy. They also concluded that with the availability of software to enable this workflow, and the continued advancement of on-treatment adaptation, single-visit radiation therapy may replace current practice for some clinical indications. https://bit.ly/3SZ1His   Thank you for contributing this important research that may one day help to improve outcomes for our patients around the world.
