Summit Virtual CFO by Anders helps customize solutions for our small business clients to help them manage their business by leaving the accounting, bookkeeping, and tax issues to us. We focus primarily on Virtual CFO Services to help clients Maximize Profits, Minimize Taxes, and Improve Cash Flow. We accomplish our mission by providing our clients with an experienced team of professionals that can either support or replace higher cost and less efficient staff. We save our clients between $10,000 to $50,000 per year in employee efficiency alone. We provide or oversee our clients’ businesses through forecasting, KPI management, banking relationships, accounts payable (billings), accounts receivable (invoicing), payroll, and cash flow management. Moreover, we meet with our clients virtually to help them make important informative decisions. The virtual environment in which we serve our clients lets us provide CASH FLOW PLANNING, PROFIT PLANNING, AND TAX PLANNING during the year instead of during tax time when too often planning is too late.
