🔥 Our recent conference included a burnout survey to attendees, and the results are in: they're alarming but not surprising. Here's a breakdown: - 10% enjoy work with no burnout symptoms - 41% experience occasional stress - 36% are definitely burning out with one or more symptoms - 4% feel a lot of frustration at work, with persistent burnout feelings - 9% are completely burned out.
