About us
Founded in 2002 by former military and business leaders, VectorCSP planted its roots in northeastern North Carolina. Our first contract was with the U.S. Coast Guard, supporting the acquisition of C-130Js by developing the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) solutions that continue to serve the fleet today. In short order we were supporting multiple aviation platforms and in 2008 expanded our logistics and engineering offerings to the federal and military maritime communities. In 2010 VectorCSP was awarded a contract through GSA to conduct aviation and maritime analysis across the government enterprise. We capitalized on our broad technical program experience and superior customer delivery track record by winning the GSA OASIS Small Business contract in 2014, and subsequently an OASIS task order supporting U.S. Air Force Special Operations Command aviation training program. The future for VectorCSP is bright, and the majority of our story has yet to be written. Patricia has been instrumental in organizing and developing the graphics portion of our new, seven-member, multi-corporation team in the progress of Interactive Courseware development project for the HC-130J airframe. This large-scale, comprehensive project was inherited from a previous contractor, and Patricia wasted no time in finding and filling the gaps that were threatening to cause the project to founder. Our team’s site supervisor, Mark, expressed our overall awe and admiration of Patricia work like this: “A superb Graphic Designer, Patricia has made an immediate impact on the Reed ATC ADL contract developing over 400 original graphics for inclusion in the HC-130J Interactive Courseware project. Demonstrating excellent detail, artistry, and technical savvy, she has made significant improvements to a stalling project under the previous contract. Her final media renderings have allowed for significant increases in student interactivity of a computer-based teaching media that would otherwise be a simple 'click-through' presentation. Simply put, Patricia is a tremendous talent and an invaluable team member with a dedicated, superb work ethic delivering exceptional, high-end products on time to exceed all expectations of contract stakeholders.” In recognition of her outstanding accomplishments in the HC-130J ICW project in the areas of production, team-building, and particularly enhancement of VectorCSP’s reputation among multiple organizations, we wholeheartedly recommend Patricia for the SPOT Award.

This past summer, VectorCSP Engineering hosted college intern Julia, a Computer Engineering and Environmental Science & Technology double-major at the University of Maryland. Program Manager Alja coordinated with The Patuxent Partnership (TPP) to bring Julia on board. In support of VectorCSP’s modeling capability, Julia was tasked with creating reports that can be generated using the industry-leading modeling platform Cameo Systems Modeler (CSM). Julia met with Vector’s engineering lead Matthew three days each week to discuss technical details about CSM, the Apache Velocity programming language used to create report templates, and to refine the output (i.e., the reports themselves). VectorCSP now has three report templates ready to use: (1) a SOW document, (2) a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), and (3) a process document. At the end of her internship Julia wrote: “Thank you for such a great internship. I did learn quite a bit during my time here. I had a great time, and I appreciate the opportunity to work with VectorCSP.” TPP’s summer internship program concluded with a recognition ceremony at the Pax River Naval Air Museum where interns met with their cohort and guests to discuss their experiences and network. Alja was in attendance and commented: “Working with Julia was a pleasure from day one. She immediately embraced the working experience with interest and enthusiasm. We’ll miss her and wish her all the best!”
