10 years (Today) I made the leap to progress my career and join Vega Consulting Solutions, Inc. At this point, I had about a year and half of experience under my belt, was recently married, and just really looking forward to a new challenge. I had made a commitment in my personal life, and I was looking to make one in my professional life. As fate would have it, I made the right decision in both areas and am forever grateful! At the time, I didn't know what Vega would do for my life. However, I DID KNOW that it was a successful, Woman Owned Business with a major footprint in the IT staffing world. I wanted to be a part of that! Stepping into the office on Day 1, I could see the dedication that Vega had to its' employees and vice versa. I am genuinely amazed, that most of the people I met on my first day, are the people I still love to work with 10 years later. Vega has succeeded in creating a culture that focuses on molding and building up its' employees, clients, and consultants. It focuses on delivering quality in all areas, as opposed to meeting a million different quotas, and setting impossible standards. How many companies can really say that?!?!
